The Iraqi regime is engaged in a fratricidal struggle with segments of their nation falling under the heel of the Qaeda inspired Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS). Mosul, Iraq's second largest city with a population of 1.6 miilion has fallen to the ISIS marauders. Tikrit, Hussein's hometown is under fierce attack while alarm bells are ominously sounding in Kirkuk, Dohuk Ibril and even Baghdad.
