MANILA, Philippines (AP) — The Philippine government seized 15 paintings from the former home of late dictator Ferdinand Marcos as it tries to recover 156 artworks — including ones by Van Gogh, Monet and Michelangelo — accumulated from his alleged ill-gotten wealth, an official said Wednesday.
