NEW YORK (Reuters) - A captain with the Fire Department of New York has been charged with sex crimes against children and is awaiting extradition to California, authorities said on Monday. Wilbert Riera is accused in incidents in Los Angeles on Sept. 12 that involved two juveniles, said Officer Liliana Preciado of the Los Angeles Police Department.
